The ground floor comprises a large living and dining area which is open to the garden and the forest. Cool cement floors and minimalist furniture create a campsite ambience without compromising comfort. Enjoy your meals in the dining area while watching the antics of birds, or lounge around over a cuppa in the living area, taking in the view of the manicured lawn and the surrounding forest.

If you are an avid bird watcher, you may choose to sleep on the viewpoint balcony, binoculars at hand. What better way to start the day than keep company with our feathered friends in the tree canopy?
If you want the thrill of being lulled to sleep by the night sounds of the forest, and feel the chill the dry zone night air, then our sleeping deck is for you.
Or if you prefer, you could sleep in cocooned comfort in our air-conditioned family room. Either way, you can sleep easy.
Panoramic views of the surrounding forest canopy afford great opportunities for bird watching and photography. Neighbouring Ritigala, a mountain home to an ancient Buddhist Monastery, can be seen from the deck. Mosquito nets and ceiling fans are provided in all sleeping areas, while traditional cane blinds are used extensively for shade and protection from the elements when required.
